Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup roasted cashews
2 green onions, chopped

For the sauce:

3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:

Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch until lightly coated.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

SESAME NOODLES 🍜 Still one of my go-to noodle dishes. A Taiwanese classic that’s all about the sauce: nutty, savoury, a little spicy
 you’ll want to drizzle it on everything.

  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp chilli oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame paste (or tahini)
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp warm water

To make the sesame sauce place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust as desired. Toss in fresh cooked noodles (hot or cold) and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.

Y a pas 36 maniĂšres de pas gaspiller un animal ! La meilleure reste de le manger !
