SESAME NOODLES 🍜 Still one of my go-to noodle dishes. A Taiwanese classic that’s all about the sauce: nutty, savoury, a little spicy… you’ll want to drizzle it on everything.
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame paste (or tahini)
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp warm water
To make the sesame sauce place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust as desired. Toss in fresh cooked noodles (hot or cold) and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
