2016! It's been a difficult year for a lot of people, myself included. While part of me is so glad to be moving on to 2017, I am also very grateful for what 2016 has taught me. Through health issues, personal crisis and being told that I may not be able to do what I have wanted to do my whole life, 2016 delivered a new passion into my life. Makeup has been a balm to my current struggles, an escape from the fears of my future and also a hugely needed creative outlet.

Christmas was the time for family fun, so I taught my sister some SFX stuff and damn if she didn't show me up! This is her vampire bite wound. Go elise!

I made a thing! My first crafty project was this gorgeous rose headpiece. I followed a wonderful tutorial by @angelacostumery to make this (her crafty creations are INCREDIBLE).
