Kdybych dnes znovu stavěl vlastní dům, tak...
...tak bych se tolik nebál.

Když jsem to stavěl/ renovoval, bál jsem se všeho:
jestli bude dost peněz,
jestli v tom bude dost místa.

Přitom jsem věděl, že to bude drahé (a bylo to drahé tak akorát)
a že to bude velké, protože je to velký barák.

A dneska každé ráno, které tam zažívám,
když se dívám, jak nad poli vstává slunce,
tak každé tohle ráno je prostě skvělé!

Nelituju jediného rozhodnutí.
A kdybych věděl to, co vím dnes,
jdu do toho ještě s větší vervou a bez obav.

Tuhle fotku mám rád, je z vyhlídky Jeřabina na krušnohorskou nížinu v mracích.🌫️ Je z ní cítit, jak důstojnou a půvabnou krajinou Sudety bývaly. Promyšleně je komponovali Valdštejnové, později Lobkowiczové. Svůj díl přidala katolická církev s cílem ukázat svou sílu a dynamiku před krušnohorským valem, na jehož druhé straně vzkvétalo protestantství.

Dnes cítím Sudety, a zvlášť část, kde jsem vyrůstal a důvěrně ji znám, jako zraněný prostor. Zraněný a nezhojený po množství radikálních změn a traumat koncentrovaných do jediného století.

Kristina Svobodova Naprosto s vámi souhlasím, do Sudet (do Lužických hor) jezdím od dětství...i přestože je v poslední dekádě vidět zlepšení a vznikají třeba nové podniky, které přitáhnou návštěvníky, stále je to málo a ta vize je přesně to, co chybí. Na německé straně hranice jsou úplně někde jinde... co mě ale v poslední době potěšilo byl třeba Kamenický Šenov, mají tam krásně nově upravený prostor okolo řeky, fakt s důrazem na využití veřejného prostoru, navíc je tam úžasná kavárna Café Lusk ☕ ❤️ I u nás ve vesnici je vidět většinou posun k lepšímu, většina chalup je už opravených nebo se opravuje...ale trvá to a jde to pomalu. Roli hraje určitě i to, že lidi vnímají Sudety primárně jako místo na rekreaci a ne na život... Jun 3

Narodil jsem se také v Sudetech, u Nového Boru. Má rodná krajina je krásná, silná a zároveň v sobě stále nese něco nezahojeného. Jako by se dodnes úplně nepodařilo navázat na přerušený historický, kulturní i vztahový tok přerušený ve 40. letech.
Rezonuje mi Vaše myšlenka, že skutečná obnova pravděpodobně nevznikne primárně skrze další dotace, ale spíše skrze dlouhodobou podporu iniciativy, odpovědnosti, vztahu lidí k místu a schopnosti znovu vytvářet živé komunity, kulturu a ekonomickou vitalitu.
V něčem mi to připomíná i firmy.
Ani tam často dlouhodobě nepomáhá jen „přidávat více zdrojů“ nebo lidi udržovat krátkodobými benefity. Skutečný rozvoj většinou začíná až ve chvíli, kdy lidé znovu získají možnost spoluvytvářet prostředí, nést odpovědnost, vidět smysl a mít pocit, že mohou sami něco ovlivnit a budovat.
Asi až tehdy se začíná vracet energie, důvěra i schopnost zdravého rozvoje — ať už ve firmách nebo v regionech. Jun 3

These recommendations not only ease the burdens that we heap on others, when teams and organizations live these them as collective norms, workplaces are more efficient, innovative, and humane. And people spend less time being pissed-off at their rude colleagues.
