Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation terms for Social Archiver Premium and Lifetime purchases.

Mobile app purchases

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by the applicable store. Refund eligibility, review, and payment reversal are controlled by Apple or Google. Please use the store's official refund process for those purchases.

Web checkout purchases

For web checkout purchases, refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] with the email used for purchase and the reason for the request.

Entitlement changes

If a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or provider-side reversal is confirmed, Social Archiver may remove the related Premium or Lifetime entitlement from the server account unless another valid entitlement or administrative grant remains active.

Subscription cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. Premium access may remain available until the end of the paid period unless the store or checkout provider reports an immediate refund, reversal, or expiration.
