Agentic AI has moved from hype to hard questions.

As companies look to implement, they’re asking:

Where does it create real advantage?
How do we stop our company looking like every other company?
What happens to roles, workflows and accountability?
And what foundations do we need before we scale?

I pulled together 10 recent reports that helped me make sense of where agentic AI is heading next.
It starts with value and advantage, then moves into risk and leadership, then finishes with operating model and scale.

Rup Roy The biggest shift in AI right now is not the models, it’s the realization that agentic AI changes operating models, workflows, and competitive advantage, not just productivity. 11h ago 1 like
SAJJAD AMAN Great synthesis. The shift from experimentation to real operating models is where the real challenge begins. 10h ago 1 like
