Did you know that Australians spend millions and millions of dollars every year on poising "weeds" yet we have never actually gotten rid of a invasive species? So realisticly we are just giving large amounts of money to massive chemical companies as we spray poison into ecosystems.. After years of working with in land care, in various roles.. i have to admit in so many cases spraying is the most effective way to manage. But lets all be honest, using woody pioneers like tobacco to build a habit as well as build soil.. Is a far better idea then just poising them..
