Full Recipe (per serve — makes 3)

  • Chia seeds — 30g
  • High protein Greek yogurt — 100g
  • Vanilla protein powder — 20g
  • Cocoa powder — 10g
  • Sugar-free maple syrup — 20g
  • Light milk — 50ml
  • Espresso — 1 shot

Mix everything together in a container until smooth. Divide into meal prep jars. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
