Lakridsruller, du selv kan lave.

Du skal bruge:

4 plader husblas
65 gram flormelis
85 gram vand
10 g mørk sirup
20 gram mel
2 spsk lakridspulver

Salmiakblanding:
150 gram sukker
1 tsk salmiak

De kan spises med det sammen, men jo længere du kan lade dem ligge og tørre, jo sejere bliver de i konsistensen.

Sesame Chicken

This one was banging.

Crispy chicken pieces coated in a thick, sweet, sticky sesame sauce.
Proper takeaway vibes but made at home.

I actually had half of it, and later added a splash of soy sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice which made it hit even harder.

Also worth saying… the calories look a bit punchy on paper, mainly because of the honey, cornflour and chicken thighs.

If you want to lighten it up a bit you can easily:
reduce the honey,
use a bit less cornflour,
or swap chicken thighs for chicken breast.
