I have a visual memory and I can find notes from these books thanks to that.
As Years go by manual work didn't work anymore.
I started Obsidian and it has liberated a lot of my brain power as I know that those notes related to that project are safe inside vault.
I don't have to remember them anymore.
I tried several apps and services earlier for storing interesting things to read and my own notes but Obsidian is open and can be integrated rather easily to different environments and SLM, NAS etc.. I'm working now with Ollama, Qwen ja BGE-M3.
I loved Apple Notes but hated that taking notes from Apple was almost no go (for hundreds of them)
