How you remember all the best bits from podcasts you listen to?
I listen to a lot of podcasts to learn and improve, self development style ones and I always want to try and remember the best bits but I almost never do.
By the time I'm done on my commute or walk, most of it's gone. I've tried adding it into my notes app but i then have to pause it, write it down etc and then it stops me in my tracks.
Curious what other people actually do. Do you have a system that works?

I’d make the capture step extremely small: pause only when something might change a decision, behavior, or project. Then capture a rough voice note or one-line text note like “episode about X, point about Y, use for Z.”
Later, when you’re at a desk, you can decide whether it deserves a real note. Most bits won’t, and that’s fine. The win is catching the few ideas that actually have a place to go.
A messy capture you revisit beats a perfect summary you never look at. Jul 14 1 like
