What's one thing you started doing that takes less than 5 minutes but noticeably improved your daily life?
It got me thinking that the habits that help the most usually aren't the complicated ones. Has anyone picked up a simple habit that just kind of stuck? Could be anything, as long as it's simple and actually made your day a little better.

The interesting tension for me is that "make it obvious" is great advice, but the obvious trigger is often a habit I already have, not the new one.
