How to (finally) turn an ugly Excel into clean slides:

Step 1: Don't touch PowerPoint yet.

Step 2: Download your ugly sheets from Excel.

Step 3: Go to claude .ai

Step 4: Click "Connectors" (bottom left)

Step 5: Search "Gamma." Click Connect.

Step 6: Upload the ugly excel sheets to claude.

Step 7: Paste this prompt in claude:

"Turn the uploaded excel into beautiful, minimalist slides using my brandkit in Gamma"

Step 8: Click "+", switch on 'Gamma' connector.

Step 9: Send the prompt. Wait ~2 minutes.

Step 10: To edit, click on gamma external link.

✦ Claude searches your brandkit in Gamma.

✦ Grabs supporting graphics from the web.

✦ Rebuilds the whole slide in your style.

How to make your slides look even better:

☑ Don't use Gamma's default templates.

☑ Go to Gamma .app. Create your own style.

☑ Save your fonts, colors, & logo placement.

☑ Now add to your Claude prompt:

"Use my pre-saved style in Gamma."
