Here's a super simple habit tracker that will keep you on track.
First, write down your monthly timeline on the left side of the page.
Next, set up your habit tracker on the right side. Mark a dot for the days you want to complete this habit. Then, when you actually do it, mark it off with an 'X'.
It's simple. It's quick. It keeps you focused on doing the habit, not tracking the habit.
