0:00 In the last 2 years, I've analyzed over
0:01 116 different funnels making anywhere
0:03 between $200,000 a month all the way up
0:05 to $3 million a month. And in today's
0:07 video, I'll tell you the most important
0:08 lessons that I've learned in the last 2
0:10 years analyzing these businesses for
0:11 coaches, consultants, and info offers.
0:13 Because the thing is in 2026, the game
0:15 has completely changed. The content
0:17 strategies that used to work before not
0:18 working. Because if you still have a
0:20 Lambo and penthouse in your background
0:21 and you want to sell a coaching program,
0:23 bro, you are cooked. No one can save
0:25 you. And the marketing funnels that used
0:26 to work before are not working right
0:28 now. So, the game will completely
0:29 change. And each point I'll share today
0:32 is in extreme detail so you can apply it
0:34 in your info coaching consulting
0:35 business today. And the lessons that
0:37 I'll share with you are either taken
0:38 from my own experience, my own business,
0:39 my client's business, or it's either
0:41 taken from a business that I've analyzed
0:43 making over six figures a month. And if
0:44 you want my help to start or scale your
0:46 info coaching consulting business, you
0:47 can click on the first link in the
0:48 description and you can book a
0:49 one-to-one call directly with me. So,
0:51 let's start with the most important
0:52 lesson, lesson number one, which is
0:54 always always and always start with
0:56 market research. You can either do it
0:58 paid, you can either do it free. So,
1:00 I'll tell you how to do both. The thing
1:01 is market research is the basic
1:03 foundation of your business. That's the
1:05 base on which your entire coaching
1:07 business, info business is built upon.
1:08 So, your marketing strategy, your
1:10 funnels, your content comes above the
1:13 research that you did on your ideal
1:14 client. So, the thing is when you have
1:16 an actually good research, you have
1:18 in-depth data about who's your ICP, what
1:20 they want, what they don't want, what
1:21 their pain points, their fears, their
1:22 motivations, all the things, right? And
1:25 if you have all the things, you can make
1:26 way better offer compared to when you
1:28 have nothing, right? So, way better
1:30 offer always leads to the best
1:31 businesses in the market. So, here's an
1:34 example of how we did it for one of our
1:35 clients. So, he has 35K followers on
1:37 LinkedIn. Now, for you, I always
1:40 recommend you do it on Instagram because
1:42 on Instagram, you can see who reacted to
1:43 the post, who replied to your stories,
1:45 and things like that. So, you can
1:46 actually reach out to the people because
1:48 we want to have conversations with them,
1:50 right? So, we did something like that, a
1:52 hook that hey, I'm building something
1:53 and I just want to ask you some some
1:55 So, what do you want to do here is you
1:57 just put out a poll on Instagram stories
2:00 and you directly reach out to people who
2:02 reacted on the poll, right? It can be a
2:04 question about, "Hey,
2:05 I am uh trying to know my audience
2:08 better, who you are." So, option A, so
2:10 let's say you are a fitness coach, there
2:12 are lots of type of people who can
2:14 follow you, right? Uh first type of
2:16 people can be skinny people who want to
2:17 get jacked. Second type of audience is,
2:19 let's say, people who want to do fat
2:21 loss. And third type of audience are
2:23 actually fitness coaches who want to be
2:24 like you because you are making way more
2:25 money than them, right? So, you want to
2:27 understand who you want to sell to, so
2:29 you directly reach out to people because
2:30 this is the highest quality of audience
2:32 that you can get. So, let's say you have
2:33 50,000 followers, if 5,000 people
2:36 reacted to the poll or your story, these
2:38 are the best quality of people, right?
2:40 So, you can find out who exactly do you
2:42 need to sell to and these people, they
2:44 watch you regularly, so you can have the
2:45 highest chances of having a chat with
2:47 them, right?
2:48 So, we did run this poll and then we
2:51 reach out to every single person that
2:52 reacted to the poll. Uh so, it was I
2:54 guess around 700, 800 people. So, start
2:57 reaching out to people once you have the
2:58 poll, you once you have the data of who
3:00 reacted to the poll,
3:01 start reaching out to people. And the
3:02 opener, the opening message can be as
3:04 simple as, "Hey bro, I saw you voted in
3:06 the poll. You want to start an agency."
3:07 So, let's say you want to help people
3:09 start an agency or start a coaching
3:11 business, scale a coaching business. You
3:12 can do the opener and you notice the
3:14 conversation flows so naturally because
3:16 they have already reacted to something
3:18 before. So, it's not like you are
3:20 completely doing a cold outreach
3:21 campaign. And then you can do something
3:23 like, "Hey, so I'm going to building an
3:25 offer for you guys that will help you.
3:26 You open to some questions or can I ask
3:28 you some questions?" Once you have the
3:30 permission, you start asking questions.
3:32 What are their goals? What are their
3:33 roadblocks they're facing that are, you
3:35 know, hindering the goals that they want
3:37 to achieve? What's the time frame, ideal
3:39 time frame they they want to achieve
3:40 their goals in what they've already
3:41 tried, why they failed, why they
3:43 started, things like that.
3:45 So, you can understand what are their
3:47 pain points, their desires, and most
3:49 importantly, their current situation and
3:51 their desired situation because you want
3:52 to fill that gap with your offer, right?
3:55 You start asking questions and then they
3:56 reply to your questions and
3:58 if they seem too excited, so in the
4:00 market research whenever you are having
4:02 a conversation, you can literally tell
4:03 that hey, this guy is too excited about
4:05 the questions and he's too optimistic
4:07 about it. So, you can book a call if
4:08 they seem too excited and have
4:11 questions in detail, right? Because on
4:12 call, you can ask second-order
4:14 questions. So, if they want XYZ, why
4:16 they want XYZ? What what are the effects
4:19 on their life of achieving that XYZ
4:21 goal, right? Things like that.
4:23 So, the goal here in the market research
4:24 is to have at least 30 to 50 chats with
4:26 your ideal clients and 10 to 15 calls
4:29 with your ideal client profile, right?
4:31 So, inside the calls, as I told you, you
4:32 can ask second-order questions and the
4:34 most important thing that you need to do
4:35 is do not forget to record these calls.
4:37 And what you want to look for is look
4:39 for patterns because if 30 people have
4:41 30 different goals, you can't help them.
4:43 But after having conversations with 30
4:45 to 50 people, you will start noticing
4:47 patterns, okay? So, out of those 50
4:49 people, 30 people have the same goal.
4:51 So, now you know what is the dream
4:53 outcome your audience want to achieve
4:54 from your offer, right? So, take all
4:56 those recordings, all those screenshots
4:58 of the chats and give it to Claude and
5:00 paste this prompt. And throughout this
5:02 video, I'll have multiple prompts of AI
5:05 and any other resources, VSL scripts and
5:07 all. If you want any of these, my
5:09 Instagram's is linked below. All you
5:10 have to do is just DM me on Instagram
5:12 and I'll send you every resource that
5:13 you need, okay? You give Claude this
5:14 prompt and it gives you the customer
5:16 verticals, the dreamland, the problem,
5:18 the desired situation, what is the
5:19 actual gap, the USP, reasons to believe,
5:22 features and benefits, all the things
5:23 that you need to build your offer. So,
5:25 that's how you do a market research. And
5:27 once you do the market research, now you
5:29 have more than a million different
5:31 marketing angles that you can hit it
5:32 with the content. So, you can talk
5:33 directly with your exact avatar who will
5:35 buy your offer in the coming time and
5:37 you can create content that converts by
5:39 leveraging their pain points. So, if
5:42 if let's say for example, if you are
5:43 selling a trading mentorship and your
5:46 audience, you find out after talking
5:47 your audience that the main problem is
5:49 risk to reward ratio, they cannot manage
5:51 it. So, you can make a 60-minute long
5:54 YouTube video about it and explain your
5:55 entire strategy in detail. That is the
5:57 best piece of content that you need put
5:59 out there because it directly talks to
6:01 the pain points of your audience, right?
6:02 So, you see the benefits of doing this
6:04 research. Obviously, it will take some
6:06 time, but it's worth doing, right? And
6:07 then you can make eight-figure sales
6:09 asset because now your VSLs, your case
6:10 studies, your ads, you literally know
6:12 what you need to say inside these. And
6:14 that's how you become the class of one
6:15 because now you know your audience in
6:17 extreme detail. You can literally talk
6:19 to them in your content, in your
6:20 marketing, in your messaging, your
6:21 positioning, every single thing, right?
6:24 And what if you have no audience? What
6:25 if you are just starting out? For that,
6:26 we also have a solution. If you have no
6:28 audience, just open Claude and turn the
6:30 extended thinking mode on, research mode
6:32 on, and a web search mode on. So, turn
6:34 these options on. And these are the two
6:36 prompts. So, first, give it this prompt.
6:38 Uh just uh
6:40 type out the product description, the
6:42 coaching program, the mentorship. Just
6:43 write out the description. And after
6:45 that, this is the prompt two. So, once
6:47 you give it the prompt two, it will give
6:49 out all the things that we have
6:50 researched here. But if you have an
6:51 audience, I highly highly recommend you
6:53 do it with your audience. Do not skip
6:56 it. As I told you, it's way more than
6:57 worth doing, right?
6:59 And once you have it, it's the Claude's
7:01 thesis. So, to confirm it, all you have
7:03 to do is give it prompt number three.
7:05 So, you want to copy your competitors'
7:07 ads, their VSLs transcripts, and their
7:09 sales assets. So, it can run a
7:10 competitive analysis and prove the data
7:13 and the research that Claude did, right?
7:15 So, that's how you do the perfect market
7:17 research with AI. So, this is the most
7:19 important thing. After that comes the
7:20 offer, content strategies, and stuff
7:22 like this. So, do the market research if
7:23 you haven't done it. If you are
7:24 struggling to find your offer, find your
7:26 marketing product market fit, just do a
7:29 market research.
7:30 After that, lesson number two I have
7:32 learned is the simplest funnels makes
7:34 the most amount of money. And I've seen
7:35 it countless time. It's not the most
7:37 beautiful landing page. It's not the
7:39 most complicated funnels. It's not the
7:41 three-step order bump up and you know,
7:43 those Russell Brunson type of
7:44 strategies. No.
7:46 It's always the simple funnels that
7:47 makes the most amount of money, and I
7:49 learned this from William Brown. Now, if
7:50 you take a look at his content, this guy
7:52 posts the most low-effort content, and I
7:55 do not mean in the terms of value, I
7:57 mean it in terms of production. You can
7:59 see uh thumbnail, it's just a screenshot
8:02 from the video. And what he's doing
8:04 inside the video is he have this cup of
8:06 coffee, and he's just explaining some
8:08 concepts to his audience. That's it. No
8:10 No editing at all, just some cuts uh for
8:12 mistakes, and that's it. The His titles
8:14 are uh you know, really weird if you
8:17 look at them. So, how I brainwashed
8:19 myself to become successful, and how to
8:21 make 10K a month part-time. There's
8:23 nothing special in these titles. They
8:24 are pretty basic, right? But still,
8:26 William Brown is currently doing
8:28 $500,000 to $600,000 every single month
8:31 only from YouTube. And his only funnel
8:33 he's running on YouTube is he posts
8:35 YouTube videos once a week, twice a
8:37 week, and in the description it's the
8:39 same description on every single video.
8:41 He has these two links. So, you can
8:43 either directly work with him, or you
8:44 can buy his book, right? So, if you want
8:47 to work with him, what he has to offer
8:48 is the simple landing page. And on this
8:50 landing page, just look at the headline.
8:52 Here's how I might be able to help you.
8:54 He is not sounding needy that hey,
8:56 here's the exact nine-step system that I
8:59 use. No. Here's how I might be might be
9:02 able to help you. If you want, you can.
9:03 If you don't, I don't care, right?
9:06 So, uh this 10-minute VSL where he's not
9:08 trying to sell you anything emotionally,
9:10 he's literally explaining the results
9:12 and his process. That's it. No
9:15 complication at all, right? And just
9:16 look at the landing page, how basic it
9:18 is. So, book a call, and then this weird
9:20 type of animation.
9:22 Like, you know, those default animation
9:24 when we try to build any website. So, uh
9:27 here's how we can build, grow, and help
9:29 you exit your business, and how he will
9:31 do it by using his four-step system,
9:33 right? Once you are convinced, you book
9:35 a call. You do book a call if you want
9:37 to. If you don't, then it's all up to
9:39 you, right? But one thing it does is if
9:41 you try to click off his page, he try to
9:44 insist you to follow him on Instagram.
9:47 So, William Brown, follow him on
9:48 Instagram. So, you can be a part of his
9:49 ecosystem, right? That is just his
9:51 entire funnel. And same thing with Neuro
9:53 Nation, he's running the same thing. He
9:55 just have a simple landing page, book a
9:56 call, and that's it. If you are
9:58 qualified, you can buy his program. If
9:59 you are not, then you simply can't. So,
10:02 instead of making the funnel too
10:03 complicated, most of the efforts you
10:05 should do is in either in your content
10:07 or either in ads if you are running
10:08 because content is the biggest lever you
10:10 can pull. It's not changing your
10:11 headline. It's not changing your VSL
10:13 script. The best lever you can pull if
10:16 you are running it to an organic
10:17 audience is simply changing your
10:19 content. Your content does 80% of the
10:22 selling, right? It's not your landing
10:23 page. It's not your confirmation page.
10:25 It's none of them. It's just your
10:27 content. How better it is, how much
10:29 value you give out to your audience, and
10:30 how much trust you have with your
10:33 audience, right? So, instead of trying
10:34 to get the perfect funnel, still you
10:36 want a broom, and you want the perfect
10:37 headline and all, but I just want to
10:39 tell you you want to have priorities.
10:41 So, content will be the number one
10:42 priority, then you have other things.
10:44 So, do not try to overcomplicate
10:45 anything. It's not that complicated. And
10:48 after that, the lesson number three that
10:49 I've learned is YouTube is the printing
10:52 machine. You can look up to any guy who
10:53 is doing over a million dollars a month,
10:55 even Hormozi who did a nine-figure
10:57 launch of his book in 72 hours. He made
10:59 105 million dollars.
11:00 YouTube
11:02 is the common machine. YouTube is the
11:04 thing that helped Hormozi do his
11:05 nine-figure launch. YouTube is the thing
11:07 that helped Charlie Morgan make 40
11:08 million dollars. TJR is doing million
11:10 dollars a month. Brett Kelly is also
11:12 doing million dollars a month all
11:13 because of YouTube. And they are all in
11:15 on YouTube. Hormozi posts even three to
11:17 four times a week on YouTube. Charlie
11:20 Morgan is consistent. TJR, Brett Kelly,
11:22 they all know that YouTube is the thing
11:24 that will print them. And one of the
11:25 best things on YouTube is you can
11:27 repurpose its content everywhere,
11:29 literally. On Instagram, you can have
11:31 clips. On LinkedIn, you can have clips
11:32 on Spotify, you can just turn it into a
11:34 podcast on X, you can have an AI just
11:37 pull out the most important part of the
11:39 video and clip it into hundreds of
11:41 tweets throughout the day, right?
11:43 Because YouTube is the thing when you
11:44 can start, it will be your only client
11:46 acquisition system. And once you hit
11:48 $100,000 a month, $200,000 a month, and
11:50 you can do it with YouTube, by the way,
11:51 there's no problem with it at all. You
11:53 don't need to add any other acquisition
11:55 channel. And let's say you want to scale
11:56 to million dollar months, two million,
11:57 five million dollar months like Hormozi,
11:59 it becomes your main acquisition channel
12:01 and makes the sales process buttery
12:03 smooth for all the other marketing
12:04 channels that you have. So, for example,
12:06 let's say you are running ads, YouTube
12:08 will make your ROAS 10 times better if
12:10 you have organic content. As I told you,
12:11 it makes your sales process buttery
12:13 smooth because of this rule 7 11 4. So,
12:15 if anyone want to buy from you, they
12:17 have to consume at least 10 hours of
12:18 your your content. Now, sometimes it's
12:21 less, sometimes it's even more, but for
12:22 an average, it's around 7 hours of your
12:24 content. Now, on any other platform like
12:26 Instagram, like Twitter, like
12:29 LinkedIn, they simply cannot consume 10
12:31 hours of your content, right? It will
12:32 take them years to consume 10 hours of
12:34 your Instagram reel or to read 7 hours
12:37 worth of your tweets, right? On YouTube,
12:39 you post a 2-hour video and it's done.
12:42 50% of the nurturing is done. So, that's
12:44 why YouTube is the best platform out
12:46 there.
12:47 And the more they consume before the
12:48 call, the easier the close will be. The
12:50 more content that you feed them before
12:52 the actual closing call, before the
12:54 actual webinar, before the actual sales
12:56 call, the easier the close will be for
12:57 your sales team, for yourself if you're
12:59 running it yourself. So, all you want to
13:00 do is increase your watch time and the
13:03 trust meter will always go up
13:04 automatically. Because let's say they
13:06 watch a YouTube video for the first
13:07 time, they don't know who the hell are
13:09 you. They don't trust you. They don't
13:10 believe you are a legit person who can
13:12 help them. And once they start consuming
13:14 your content again and again and again,
13:16 they get to a point where they'll be
13:17 like, "Hey bro, just take my money. I
13:19 know you can help me." And that's it.
13:21 So, that's the trust meter. Next, lesson
13:22 number four is followers doesn't matter.
13:25 All you want to do is make useful
13:27 content. Now, this is a big claim, but
13:29 let me tell you what happened in the
13:30 past year or so. The shift that has
13:33 changed everything. So, from the past
13:35 year, I hope you are already seeing this
13:37 on your YouTube feed also. And if you
13:39 are a new viewer of this channel, that
13:41 shift literally pushed you to watch this
13:43 YouTube video. So, so that's just crazy,
13:45 right? A year to year ago, what happened
13:47 is people with have big channels and you
13:49 know, they have crazy productions and
13:51 they can produce the most polished
13:53 YouTube videos are getting all the
13:55 views, are getting all the attentions.
13:57 And business owners who starting their
13:58 journey, you know, sharing the value,
14:00 their channel are not growing that well.
14:02 But what happened is from social media,
14:05 we are now in the era of interest media.
14:07 So, whatever you are interested in, the
14:09 algorithms have become so damn good, it
14:11 will only serve what you are interested
14:13 in. Not the biggest channels out there,
14:16 not Mr. Beast, not Ryan Trahan. All they
14:18 want to do is keep you hooked onto the
14:20 platform. So, whatever you are
14:21 interested in, they will recommend you
14:23 again and again and again. So, this is
14:25 the shift that has happened. Because of
14:27 that shift, you notice videos like this
14:29 pop up on your feed. So, this guy
14:31 literally has 5,000 subscribers and his
14:33 video got 44,000 views. This guy right
14:35 here, I guess he grew to zero to 100k
14:38 subscribers within 6 months. He just
14:39 blew up within just 6 months because he
14:41 was making videos that most of the
14:43 people finds interesting. So, for
14:45 example, how to become unrecognisable in
14:46 180 days full blueprint, 600,000 views.
14:50 Videos like this, really raw videos that
14:52 has nothing to do with the algorithm
14:54 optimizing. They didn't have the perfect
14:56 thumbnails, they didn't have the perfect
14:57 titles, but what they have is
14:58 interesting ideas, right? So, this is
15:01 the best time to be a coach or
15:02 consultant on YouTube because YouTube
15:04 will do all the heavy lifting for you.
15:06 That's why I'm insisting you to use
15:08 YouTube more. If you are already
15:10 posting, just pump out the volume. Post
15:12 twice a week, post three times a week.
15:13 And all you have to do, guys, is just
15:15 make content for your ICP because I know
15:17 for a fact from this video, I'll book
15:19 more than 20 sales call for qualified
15:21 people who want to work with me who are
15:23 either a coach or consultant who want to
15:25 buy my offer. And how I'm able to do
15:27 that is because I'm making content for
15:28 my ideal client profile. I'm solving
15:30 their problems. So, content like this.
15:33 Now, info is broken. Here's how to crack
15:34 it. I literally shared the strategies
15:36 that I was using at the time for my
15:37 clients. Then my YouTube system, I broke
15:39 down my exact YouTube blueprint that I'm
15:41 using, my clients were using. So, I'm
15:43 posting out valuable content for my ICP.
15:46 It builds the trust in their mind
15:47 because YouTube is doing the heavy
15:48 lifting for me. You can see this video
15:50 right now is at 10,000 views. And when I
15:52 posted this, I have 100 subscribers. So,
15:55 the shift is just crazy. As I told you,
15:56 this is the best time to be a coach or
15:57 consultant on YouTube. So, start making
15:59 useful content for your ICP. Now, lesson
16:02 number five, you need to change your
16:03 offer because guarantees are scam.
16:06 Results is the new promise. So, what
16:08 happened from the in the info market in
16:09 the last five, six years is, let's say
16:12 this is your prospect, right? So, let's
16:14 call it ICP one.
16:16 So, what happened is he has probably
16:17 bought four to five different offers for
16:19 his problem. So, let's say
16:21 you are a coach, right? And you want to
16:22 work with me. What happened to you is
16:24 from the past three, four years you are
16:25 trying to grow your business. Now, let's
16:27 say probably you have grown to 20, 30,
16:28 or even $50,000 a month. But what
16:30 happened in doing so, you bought five,
16:32 six different offers. You have gone
16:34 through every single funnel. Most of the
16:36 time, people do not fulfill the crazy
16:38 guarantees that they have, you know, you
16:40 will make $100,000 or I will give you
16:42 money back or, you know, I will give you
16:44 $5,000 to waste your time, blah, blah,
16:46 blah, blah, blah. So, your market, your
16:47 niche is completely burned out. What
16:50 they have done is offer one, the
16:51 guarantees didn't work out, they didn't
16:53 fulfill. Offer number two, same thing.
16:54 Offer number three, four, same thing.
16:56 And offer number four, same damn thing.
16:58 Guarantees didn't mean nothing. So, what
17:01 they did, they associated guarantees or
17:03 promise to bad products, okay? So, if
17:05 this guy have a crazy guarantee, his
17:07 program, his offer, his services are
17:08 probably bad. That's why he need to
17:10 offer this crazy guarantee, right? So,
17:12 all you want to do is have your proof,
17:15 your client results, your case studies,
17:17 your social proof everywhere on your
17:18 socials and promote it like your life
17:20 depends on it. Make daily stories, post
17:23 daily reels about the client results,
17:24 highlight moments, your reaction when
17:26 client hit a record number. And I'm
17:28 talking about my niche, so if let's say
17:29 you are in fitness or you are in
17:30 relationship coaching, you know what I'm
17:32 saying. You have to distribute proof
17:34 everywhere on social media, right? Your
17:36 Instagram, your YouTube, your landing
17:38 pages, every single place, right? On
17:40 YouTube, you just fill out your YouTube
17:41 channel with video case studies. On
17:43 Instagram, you have Instagram
17:44 highlights, tons and tons of highlights.
17:45 Clients one, clients two, clients three,
17:47 results, etc. Stories every single week,
17:50 three to four times a week talking about
17:51 clients. And then Instagram reels every
17:54 win moment. So let's say you and your
17:56 client hit a record month, or let's say
17:57 you are a fitness coach, you help your
17:59 client lose five kg within a single
18:02 month, you call your client and record
18:03 the reaction and you post a reel about
18:05 it. So by doing this, what is happening
18:06 is you are increasing your conviction.
18:08 So the thing is when you share these
18:10 moments, your ICP, first of all, it
18:12 evokes the emotion that okay, hey, I can
18:14 get results, and you are increasing
18:16 conviction in your offer. Okay, that guy
18:19 is amazing. I want to work with him. So
18:21 that's why the new consulting
18:22 businesses, new coaching businesses, or
18:24 new info businesses, what they are doing
18:26 is they are maximizing the results, not
18:28 guarantees. They don't have Some of them
18:30 don't have any guarantees and they are
18:31 still making $200,000 a month without
18:33 any guarantee. Because I've told you
18:35 guarantee means scam. So results is the
18:38 new promise. Show the results, don't
18:40 promise anything. Your offer will do way
18:42 better. Now, lesson number six,
18:44 messaging is way more important. The
18:46 messaging your content is giving is way
18:48 more important than the actual content,
18:49 right? So for example, if you post a
18:51 video like this, life after you and your
18:53 friends got rich, buying a Lambo at 18,
18:56 buying a Lambo at 13. What this is going
18:58 to do, this will attract bro people
18:59 because this is what they think success
19:01 looks like. So if you are posting
19:03 flexing lifestyle vlogs, you are going
19:05 to attract bro people.
19:06 If you are making videos like Hormozi,
19:08 how to get customers to stay forever,
19:09 you are attracting business owner. If
19:11 you are making videos step-by-step, you
19:13 are attracting a ton of beginners
19:14 because they crave direction. Business
19:16 owner craves value, and flexing is a red
19:19 flag now. If you are really serious, you
19:22 want to help people out in their current
19:24 situation. So, what do you have to do
19:25 instead? Instead of flexing your
19:26 Lamborghini, your penthouse, there is
19:28 nothing wrong with it. Like, you can
19:29 still have those luxury cars and all,
19:31 but instead, the better strategy is be a
19:34 likable person, have a unique
19:35 perspective, and tell your story.
19:38 That's how people buy into you, not
19:39 because of your lifestyle, but because
19:40 of who you are. Right? What's your
19:42 story? What are your beliefs? What are
19:44 your world views? So, prospects are
19:46 buying you, not your coaching, because
19:47 information is literally everywhere in
19:49 2026. I can go on to Claude, give it
19:52 some
19:52 uh some data about my business, and ask
19:54 any question that I want. And probably,
19:56 I'll get 80% of the information that I
19:58 can have by paying a coach, right? But,
20:00 what people are doing is they are buying
20:02 you, not your coaching. So, the thing is
20:05 there are three stages. First of all,
20:06 they have to know you. Then, once they
20:08 consume enough content, they start
20:10 liking you. And once you show them the
20:11 results and case studies, the social
20:13 proof you have, they start trusting you.
20:15 So, this is a stage, and you need to
20:17 make content for every single stage,
20:19 right? Because the thing is people buy
20:21 with emotion and justifies it with
20:23 logic. So, emotion, how you tackle this?
20:25 How you generate emotion in your ideal
20:27 clients? What you do is you post
20:29 lifestyle content. You post your day in
20:31 the life as a fitness coach or day in
20:32 the life as a profitable trader. And
20:34 instead of flexing, you are telling your
20:35 personal beliefs, your values, your
20:36 results that you are getting instead of
20:38 flexing your Lamborghini or your
20:40 Ferrari, right? You are telling the
20:41 morning routines, you are going to the
20:42 gym, you are having meals with your
20:44 friends. You are talking about life, you
20:45 are talking about, you know, mindset
20:47 advices, mindset videos. You are talking
20:48 about your raw personal stories, your
20:50 rock bottom, the shift that changed
20:51 everything. So, these are the things
20:53 that will generate emotion in your ideal
20:55 clients and will make you the authority.
20:57 You'll not come across as another a red
20:59 flag guy, right? And offer for logic
21:02 part, you want to promote your offer by
21:04 showing your client hitting a days,
21:07 showing the payment dashboards, showing
21:08 the before and after metrics, client
21:10 testimonial calls, payment notifications
21:11 if you are related anything to business,
21:14 or if you are, let's say, a fitness
21:15 coach, you show your client going from
21:18 110 kg to 100 kg within a single month.
21:21 You are calling them and just literally
21:22 asking your client, "Hey, how are you
21:23 feeling?" You are recording a call with
21:24 your client where you are giving mindset
21:26 advice, removing their old identity,
21:28 breaking their limiting beliefs. So,
21:29 this is the type of content that
21:31 generates emotion, plus it also
21:33 justifies logically Okay, that guy's
21:36 unique. That guy's likeable. He's like
21:38 me. He goes to gym. He eats clean. He's
21:40 So, that's how they form association
21:42 with you. That's how you become a
21:43 likeable person. And if they like you,
21:45 they will buy from you. The thing is, if
21:47 you only post value, you are just
21:49 another coach. You just become a
21:51 commodity. And that's how Honia Cotta
21:52 differentiated from every personal
21:54 branding guru out there, right? Because
21:56 in her content, she's talking about her
21:57 personality, her beliefs, her values,
21:59 her stories, and what makes her special.
22:01 She's also making the personal branding
22:02 content, but she's also talking about
22:04 her beliefs about client results, her
22:05 beliefs about business, beliefs about
22:07 money, beliefs about relationships.
22:09 That's how people associate with you.
22:11 That's how people like you. So, this is
22:12 a new content strategy for you. Instead
22:14 of flexing, be likeable, have a unique
22:16 perspective, and tell your story,
22:18 because prospects are buying you, not
22:19 your coaching. Then the next lesson is
22:21 don't sell in Instagram Reels. This is
22:23 the worst thing you can do if you have
22:25 an Instagram audience, because selling
22:26 in your feed actually kills your reach.
22:28 So, what happens is, let's say, this is
22:30 a reel that you posted on Instagram, and
22:32 the reel, entire reel, is designed for
22:35 selling. If the audience doesn't find it
22:36 interesting, they scroll past it. This
22:38 reel will get way less views, right? So,
22:40 it's killing your reach, and it's not
22:42 going to convert that well, because the
22:44 thing is, on Instagram,
22:45 the audience doesn't trust you, because
22:47 this is, for example, this is the
22:49 baseline trust that they need to buy
22:51 from you. So, IG audience, they are
22:53 scattered below the baseline, because on
22:55 IG, you can only give a limited amount
22:57 of value or a limited amount of beliefs
22:59 or anything within 30 to 60 seconds. And
23:02 if your video is anything longer than
23:03 that, 90% of the people are going to
23:04 skip, right? So, this is what happens on
23:07 IG. They are not interested in watching
23:09 your reel because it's selling
23:10 something, right? And most of the IG
23:12 audience is new. So, they're probably
23:14 seeing your reel for the first time. And
23:16 if you are selling in that, it's a
23:17 losing situation for you because the
23:19 value is zero. They don't trust you
23:21 enough. This is the baseline trust they
23:23 need to buy from you. The duration is 30
23:26 to 60 seconds. So, how how you expect
23:28 someone to watch 30 second reel and buy
23:30 from you? So, if you don't want your
23:32 reach to go down, post any of these. So,
23:34 whenever you are recording a reel, it
23:35 must have one of these things. So,
23:37 either it is made for the intention of
23:39 entertainment or educating your ICP or
23:41 inspire them. That's it. That's the
23:44 three pillars that you need to follow on
23:45 Instagram. If you are selling, if you
23:46 are trying to convince them, that's not
23:48 going to work on Instagram. As I told
23:50 you again, people don't trust you enough
23:51 on Instagram because of the duration and
23:53 just the design of the platform, right?
23:56 The only goal on Instagram reel is to
23:57 get a follow from your ICP because once
23:59 they follow you, they become a part of
24:01 your ecosystem. They watch more of your
24:03 reels. They watch more of your stories.
24:05 So, that's how you start the nurturing
24:07 mechanism on Instagram, not by actually
24:08 selling in the reel itself, but by
24:10 selling through stories. And if you guys
24:12 want to follow me on Instagram, that's
24:14 my Instagram. Now, we are halfway there.
24:16 Lesson number eight is stories is the
24:18 way to go on Instagram. Because of the
24:20 people who are watching your stories,
24:21 it's shown to warm leads. It builds the
24:24 trust and authenticity that is required
24:26 to buy from you. And it's create the
24:27 FOMO and agency every time you do a call
24:29 to action in your stories. So, average
24:32 story viewer, they already follow you.
24:35 They already watch your content
24:36 regularly and they are way more nurtured
24:39 compared to somebody who's watching your
24:40 reel on the reel step, right? So, they
24:42 are the most warm lead that you can have
24:45 on Instagram. So, story viewers is the
24:47 best quality of audience on Instagram
24:49 that you can sell to. And posting daily
24:50 stories, you make them realize, if you
24:52 follow the right structure, your offer
24:54 is insanely valuable. You are not just
24:56 another coach. You are posting stories
24:58 about your beliefs, your world views,
24:59 your opinions, moments with clients,
25:01 moment with your family, and you are
25:03 also sharing results. So, you make them
25:04 realize that your clients are getting
25:06 incredible results. So, what happens is
25:08 they will feel stupid if they are not
25:10 working with you. And here's the best
25:11 weekly story sequence for you guys. On
25:13 Monday, you want to do a client results
25:15 story sequence with a hard call to
25:17 action by having your offer in it. On
25:19 Tuesday, you want to provide value, you
25:21 want to break the limiting beliefs, you
25:22 help them realize why they haven't
25:23 achieved their goal because they are
25:25 doing something wrong. So, you call out
25:26 that problem, you dig into the pain
25:28 point, and you make them realize that,
25:30 "Hey, if you want to achieve your goal,
25:32 you need to change."
25:34 On Wednesday, what you do, you share a
25:35 personal story that inspires them. Maybe
25:37 it's your future goals, your journey,
25:39 your turning points in your journey, and
25:40 the risks that you took to reach there.
25:43 On Thursdays, what you have to do is
25:44 again you share your personal wins and
25:46 results. So, it's like, "Hey, this guy
25:48 is also successful, his clients are also
25:49 successful, so I have to work with this
25:52 guy." Payment screenshots, workouts,
25:54 anything personal. Don't just post
25:55 client results, you have to post your
25:57 wins, too. Whatever you consider as a
25:59 win, just post it. It must be personal.
26:02 On Friday, you do a soft call to action
26:04 for any resource. So, maybe you posted a
26:05 YouTube video, and that video solves a
26:07 specific problem for your ideal clients.
26:09 So, you do a soft call to action for
26:10 that YouTube video, and you can do a
26:13 direct one, too, but I recommend you do
26:14 a soft call to action for any free
26:16 resource like any PDF, any YouTube
26:18 videos, any trainings, private
26:19 recordings, and all. On Saturday, you do
26:21 general lifestyle pictures, let the
26:23 momentum cool off, and on Sunday, you
26:25 can do Q&A's, and you can do lifestyle
26:26 videos. So, this is the best structure
26:28 out there for stories because it hits
26:30 the both pillars, logic and emotion,
26:32 right? You are only doing call to action
26:34 on Monday and Friday, two times a week,
26:36 and even less than that because on
26:38 Friday, we are doing only a soft call to
26:40 action. And on other days, you are
26:41 nurturing your audience and building
26:43 trust and goodwill by sharing your
26:44 personal stories, by sharing your world
26:46 views, by providing them value, breaking
26:48 their limiting beliefs, by sharing your
26:50 client results. So, that is why story
26:52 sequences are the best thing on
26:53 Instagram.
26:54 But the thing is never do more than
26:56 this. You don't have to do any call to
26:57 action more than two times a week unless
26:59 you are doing a launch.
27:01 Because what happens is if you are
27:04 posting story sequences just to sell
27:05 them something, they form an association
27:07 in the mind that he's always trying to
27:09 sell me something on his stories and
27:11 then your story views will go down and
27:13 nothing can save you from there, right?
27:14 So stories is the best thing on
27:15 Instagram. Next lesson, give away every
27:18 best information you have for free. Now
27:21 this is by far the most important thing
27:23 that I have done with my YouTube
27:24 channel, with my client's YouTube
27:25 channel and this is the thing I've
27:26 learned from analyzing Nero knowledge's
27:29 funnel. So his niche is obviously
27:30 manifestation and how to attract your
27:32 dream life and he is making 60-minute
27:35 videos every single week to solve the
27:37 problem of his ideal clients through his
27:40 YouTube and he's giving out the best
27:42 information that he have for free. Now
27:44 what happens is it nurtures the audience
27:46 so well that he's making 300, 400,000
27:49 dollars a month and his offer is priced
27:51 at 25,000 dollars or even more to work
27:53 with him one-on-one. And that's what
27:55 happens when you give out so much value
27:57 for free. You attract the best quality
28:00 of clients that you can ever imagine.
28:02 And that's what I'm doing with my
28:03 clients, right? So videos like this,
28:05 watch me close a 4,000 dollar client
28:06 from YouTube. I broke down my entire
28:08 YouTube system of how I'm closing 5,000,
28:10 6,000 dollar clients with YouTube by
28:12 posting these videos. Again, this video
28:15 is doing the same. So the lesson here is
28:17 give so much value your audience will go
28:19 in value that they literally feel like,
28:21 "Hey,
28:22 I I need to give back this guy
28:24 something. He's just so good at what he
28:26 did. He just tell me so many things that
28:28 helped me so much in my business, my
28:29 relationship." And what you have to do
28:30 is just don't gatekeep anything. Your
28:33 private strategies that you use with
28:35 your clients, anything that you have,
28:37 any piece of information that can help
28:38 people for free, you just give it out.
28:40 But never make the mistake of giving
28:42 everything away in a single time.
28:44 Because now why they will pay you and
28:46 this will be a disregard for the people
28:48 who paid you. So, what you have to do is
28:50 let's say
28:51 this is your ICP and this is the goal
28:53 they want to achieve. Now, there is
28:56 this gap and this is the gap of
28:57 information. This is the action steps
28:59 that they need to take in order to go
29:00 from this situation to this situation.
29:03 Now, what you do with your content is
29:04 you give out all the information for
29:06 free but in pieces. Even your paid
29:08 information, even the information that
29:10 you give your clients too but in bits
29:11 and pieces. So, still they have the
29:13 information, they can still get some
29:15 results but if they want the full
29:16 package, they have to work with you.
29:18 And that's how you maintain the balance
29:20 of kind of giving so much value that
29:22 they are in value debt but still having
29:24 your offer, right? So, just give out as
29:26 much as you can and the best lead gen
29:28 hack that I've noticed in the past year
29:29 is just release a course, 5 hours, 6
29:31 hours, 10 hours, it does not matter,
29:33 just release a course. So, for example,
29:35 this guy Caleb, he made a course on
29:37 personal branding and it's 6 hours. And
29:38 by analyzing his funnel, I've noticed
29:40 this single video alone throughout the
29:42 year have gave him more than 100,000
29:45 leads.
29:46 Can you imagine? 100,000 leads from a
29:48 single video. And same thing with FX
29:51 Alex G, so he's a trader and he made a
29:53 10-hour course
29:55 like going over trading strategies,
29:56 mindset and every single thing that you
29:58 need. You'll get the best quality of
29:59 leads and the most amount of leads in
30:01 your entire business. So, what you have
30:02 to do is make a free course
30:04 at least 3 hours, uh preferably more
30:06 than 3, 4, 5 hours so people watching it
30:08 it just stands out to them. And they'll
30:10 be like, "Hey, it's not another course.
30:11 It's actually 5 hours of insane value in
30:13 it, right?" And what you have to do is
30:15 promote it 10 times a day on every
30:16 platform, on Instagram, on story
30:18 sequences, on reels. What you have to do
30:19 is just do a call to action that, "Hey,
30:21 I have a full guide, a 6-hour guide on
30:23 going over XYZ. If you want that, just
30:25 comment the word, just DM me the word
30:27 and you send this video."
30:28 So, this is like uh your lead magnet.
30:31 You post a free course, it also crush it
30:33 on YouTube. You also have your Instagram
30:35 traffic coming to it and this becomes a
30:37 lead gen system alone, right? So, you'll
30:39 get more leads than you can ever imagine
30:41 and I've did with my clients. So, he's
30:43 in wholesaling. What we did, we posted a
30:46 2-hour course going over how to start
30:47 real estate wholesaling in 2026, and we
30:49 booked around 30 to 40 calls from that
30:51 single video alone. So, guys,
30:54 free courses is the best lead gen hack.
30:56 And all you have to do is just make a
30:58 3-4 hour free course giving out the best
30:59 pieces of information that you have.
31:01 Then, lesson number 10, a webinar is the
31:03 best funnel right now, period. People
31:05 are doing anywhere between $100,000 a
31:07 month all the way up to $5 million a
31:09 month. Selby Shah, she did $5 million in
31:11 the month of Jan 2026. So, webinars is
31:13 the best funnel, right? So, all you have
31:15 to do is all the traffic from YouTube,
31:17 Twitter, Reels, Instagram Stories, you
31:19 direct the traffic to a landing page, a
31:21 simple landing page. You don't even need
31:23 a VSL. So, you just have a photo and
31:25 your uh headline, "How to step into
31:27 high-ticket sales with Selby Shah." You
31:29 can do something like uh "How to make
31:30 $10,000 within the next 60 days with
31:32 trading." "How to become profitable
31:34 trader." Whatever it is, right? Then,
31:36 you have the time and a simple call to
31:37 action to save your spot. So, the
31:40 landing page is super simple. As I told
31:42 you in the lesson number two, simple
31:43 funnel makes the most amount of money.
31:45 And below there, she's going over Okay,
31:47 so this is for you if you have a 9-5
31:49 job, if you want to live your dream
31:50 life. Not for you. Basically, just
31:52 reinforcing his ICP that, "Okay, hey,
31:54 you are in 9-5. You don't want to go to
31:55 jobs and all." So, Selby's doing the
31:57 webinar once a week, and she did $5
31:58 million in January 2026. Now, everyone,
32:01 if you're just starting out, I don't
32:03 recommend webinars. So, who should run
32:05 webinars? If you have an IG audience,
32:07 webinar will crush it for you because as
32:08 I told you, IG audience doesn't trust
32:10 you enough. So, having a 90-minute
32:12 2-hour webinar, it will kills all the
32:13 objections. It will nurture them so much
32:15 that by the end of the webinar, they
32:17 will be ready to book a call with your
32:18 sales team or if you have a mid-ticket
32:20 offer. So, if you have an IG audience,
32:21 run a webinar. It's going to crush it
32:23 for you. But if you are already running
32:24 a VSL call funnel or DM funnel, and you
32:26 want to hit a ceiling, you just
32:28 implement the webinar, and boom, you'll
32:30 hit past the ceiling. If you are already
32:31 doing $100,000 a month, you want to get
32:33 to 200, 300, just implement webinars if
32:35 nothing's working for you. You're going
32:37 to easily hit that. It's not easy to
32:39 crack, but if you do, sky's the limit
32:40 for it. And the best way to do it is
32:42 just have a weekly webinar and once a
32:44 week you jump on a webinar with your
32:46 audience, you have the slides, and you
32:48 can, you know, once you get enough data,
32:50 you can make the best possible slides,
32:52 the best pre-webinar flow, and then for
32:54 the people who didn't join up, you just
32:56 send the VSL to a email list that,
32:57 "Okay, if you haven't joined, you can
32:59 have the recording." And then you also
33:01 send a VSL. So, people who joined, they
33:03 are already nurtured up, they booked a
33:04 call. People who didn't join, they see
33:06 your emails and they book a call from
33:08 that way. So, this is the best way you
33:09 run a webinar and VSL, both of them
33:11 combined. And this is the best funnel
33:12 right now. Lesson number 11 I learned is
33:15 if you come up with a new format in your
33:17 niche, you will become the category of
33:19 one. And this is the best piece of
33:21 information when it comes to personal
33:22 branding. Because look at these formats.
33:25 So, Hormozi uh did this Shark Tank kind
33:27 of format where he had a business owner
33:28 comes up, uh instead of pitching him, he
33:31 was pitching all the problems that they
33:33 have. Then Hormozi solved these problems
33:35 live on the YouTube video. So, what
33:37 happened is instead of a boring case
33:39 study video, think of it like case study
33:41 packaged in a new format. Because 90% of
33:44 the audience is not interested in your
33:45 case studies, they are interested in the
33:47 value and entertainment that you
33:48 provide. But if you come up with a new
33:49 format, which is entertaining, engaging,
33:51 then you did the basic stuff. Because in
33:53 this video, Hormozi is solving the
33:55 problem. So, indirectly, they are
33:57 subconsciously believing that, "Okay, he
33:59 is the authority, he knows what he's
34:01 talking about." And the format actually
34:03 helped him to go viral. Then his average
34:05 YouTube views. Same thing for Niro, he
34:07 come up with the uh the whiteboard
34:08 format in the manifestation niche.
34:10 Before that, I don't think anyone was
34:11 doing it. Now every manifestation coach
34:13 is doing it. Because Niro before that
34:15 was doing faceless videos. And as soon
34:18 as he switched the format, things
34:19 literally blew up for him. And then this
34:21 guy, so he's a an e-com coach, I guess,
34:23 and he come up with the format of this
34:25 uh one millionaire dropout one week 10
34:27 kind of format where you have authority
34:29 and And the coach or against the person,
34:31 you have 10 people asking questions and
34:33 then your coach is confronting the
34:35 questions, giving them the right
34:37 beliefs. So, what this video is doing,
34:38 it is indirectly nurturing the audience,
34:40 giving them the right beliefs, giving
34:42 them the right frame of reference to buy
34:44 from him, but in a new format. So,
34:45 people don't even think it's a VSL.
34:48 Right? So, that is the power of having a
34:49 new format. And again, the thing is, if
34:52 you come up with a new format, there is
34:53 no competition for you. You become the
34:55 category of one. You become the first
34:57 guy to do this format in in your niche.
34:59 Because the thing is, if you do the
35:00 normal value, lifestyle, and vlogs, you
35:03 are in the red ocean. You are competing
35:04 against millions of people. But if you
35:06 literally think outside the box, your
35:08 niche, your competition remains there,
35:10 and you become the category of one. So,
35:11 eCom coach with a new format, this will
35:13 be you, and this will be your
35:15 competition. So, for Samit, this video
35:17 was blue ocean, and it blew up on his
35:19 channel. But, but, but, if you are a
35:21 beginner, if you are at level one, if
35:23 you haven't made your first sale online,
35:25 if you haven't sold your first coaching,
35:26 mentorship, etc., stick to what already
35:28 works. Don't try to come up with the
35:29 anything new because right now you don't
35:31 have enough data to tell what works and
35:33 what doesn't work. So, stick to what
35:34 already works. Once you have a certain
35:36 amount of experience, you can jump to
35:38 these trying new formats. And what you
35:39 have to do is, you have to look up to
35:41 completely different niches. So, for
35:43 Hormozi, this is the Shark Tank kind of
35:45 format, right? And right now, one of the
35:48 format that I kind of think will work is
35:50 Shark Tank format
35:52 with entrepreneurs, online
35:53 entrepreneurs. So, let's say, if you are
35:55 coach, people coming to you, and you are
35:57 doing the Hormozi kind of thing. So,
35:58 building businesses live. This is also
36:01 crushing it, but it will crush in the
36:02 upcoming time. So, again, new format is
36:04 the best thing you can do with your
36:05 personal brand. Lesson number 12 is
36:07 every strategy works. Pick what suits
36:09 you. And this is the best lesson that
36:11 I've learned throughout these two years.
36:13 Because the thing is, every strategy
36:15 works out there. And if somebody says
36:16 this doesn't work, he's trying to sell
36:17 you something of his own, right? But I
36:20 can tell you there are people who are
36:21 posting once a day. There are people who
36:23 are posting three to five times a day.
36:24 And there There people posting three
36:25 times a day on Instagram. And they are
36:27 all making good amount of money. They
36:28 are on an average making anywhere
36:30 between $500,000 a month all the way up
36:32 to $2 million a month. So, you don't
36:35 have to listen to a specific person. So,
36:36 this is about the content strategy. Now,
36:38 you will find a person who made million
36:40 dollars a month with call funnels.
36:41 You'll obviously find a people who are
36:43 making million dollar months with
36:44 webinar, and you will always find people
36:46 who are making hundreds of thousands of
36:47 dollars with DM funnels, right? So,
36:49 don't get caught up in the shiny object
36:51 syndrome. If If something's working for
36:53 you, stick to it. Now, lesson number 13,
36:56 sell before the call. As I told you
36:57 again, most of the selling happens
36:59 before the call ever happened. This is
37:01 specifically for the people who are
37:03 running webinars and VSL call funnels.
37:04 So, what you can do to maximize the
37:07 show-up rates, the trust, the authority,
37:09 and the highest chances of getting them
37:11 closed in the pre-call flow or
37:12 pre-webinar flow. So, how to do it is on
37:15 the confirmation and thank you page,
37:16 what you have to do is upload these
37:18 videos. Now, these videos will literally
37:20 take up your show-up rates up to 40%.
37:23 Now, the thing is we naturally have
37:24 questions and objections about the thing
37:26 that we are buying, the offer, the
37:27 services, etc., whatever you are
37:28 selling. And we are nervous about the
37:30 call. We are nervous about the webinar.
37:31 Maybe you don't have enough time. Maybe
37:33 you have some other objections. There
37:34 are millions of objections in your ICP's
37:36 head. The skepticism kicks in, and they
37:37 are already framed in a certain way to
37:39 think about online courses, online
37:40 coaching programs, online mentorships,
37:42 right? So, your job is to increase their
37:45 interest levels, hype them up, and frame
37:47 them to believe and think in a certain
37:49 way about your offer, about your
37:50 services, about your product. So, what
37:51 you have to do is kill the skepticism
37:53 and get them hyped up. And to do that,
37:56 they need to consume a minimum amount of
37:57 content that educates them and
37:59 pre-handles the objections before the
38:01 call or before the webinar. Because they
38:03 have immediate objections that need to
38:05 be addressed to hype them up. If they
38:07 are nervous before the call, you know,
38:08 maybe they don't have enough money, or
38:10 they don't trust the creator. So, you
38:11 have a video about about it. Okay? So,
38:14 do creator XYZ does the business model
38:17 himself. You have the video going over
38:19 that objection, right? And along with
38:21 it, they will do their due diligence.
38:23 They will do their research anyway, so
38:24 you might frame the information. The
38:26 market is so saturated, the skepticism
38:28 is at all-time high. All you have to do
38:30 is make 60-second videos going over your
38:32 FAQs that answers their questions while
38:34 framing them in a way. How to do it?
38:37 Record all of your sales call and just
38:39 give it to AI and ask the frequently
38:41 asked questions in the sales call. Top
38:43 five to 10 questions, record 60-second
38:45 videos going over the questions,
38:47 objections, and framing them in a
38:48 certain way with the right beliefs and
38:49 have them on your pre-call like the
38:51 confirmation page or thank you page,
38:53 whatever you have. This is the first
38:54 thing because the thing is this is the
38:55 meter. So, this is the sales meter. On
38:57 this side, there are people who will not
38:59 buy no matter what. And on this side,
39:01 there are people who will buy no matter
39:02 what. They'll call the closer, "Bro,
39:03 just send me the payment link." And they
39:05 are just the laid down closers, right?
39:08 And your job through these videos and
39:10 your pre-call
39:12 assets, whatever you have, is to take
39:14 this ICP or take this person from here
39:16 to here as close as you can. So, maybe
39:19 they are
39:20 here whenever they are entering a
39:21 funnel. Now, from your pre-call flow,
39:23 they are in the gray zone. They still
39:25 have some objections, but if you have
39:26 good closer, it's an easy close, right?
39:28 And the next thing and the best thing
39:30 you can do is email flows to hype them
39:32 up. The thing is everybody is using
39:35 generic emails, either it's your
39:36 webinar, either it's a VSL call funnel.
39:38 They did the basic reminder, "Say we
39:40 have a call in 3 hours. Hey, webinar
39:42 starting in 60 minutes." No, nobody
39:43 opens those emails, right? "24 hours
39:45 left. 30 minutes left. Hey, bro, please
39:47 join." Nobody opens them. Instead, what
39:49 you have to do is every email must be a
39:51 value drop going over their common
39:52 objections, their beliefs, and
39:53 frequently asked questions.
39:55 So, for example, if you are running a
39:57 biz op offer, first email handles this
39:59 objection, "How fast can I make an ROI?
40:01 Can it work for me?" Email two, "I am a
40:04 beginner, will it work for me?" Email
40:05 three. And now, what you can do, you can
40:07 increase the volume because everybody
40:09 loves to consume value and solve their
40:11 problems. So, in the emails you are
40:13 hyping them up for the webinar and
40:14 giving them actual sauce inside these
40:16 emails. And you can also increase the
40:17 volume because now everybody opens your
40:19 email and love the value inside them.
40:21 And the third thing and last thing is
40:23 having personalized sales conversation.
40:25 So, whenever somebody fills out the
40:26 Typeform, your setter and dialer calls
40:28 every lead within 2 minutes and they
40:29 understand their situation and where
40:31 they are at. After that, all you have to
40:32 do is send them personalized sales
40:34 assets before the call. Because the
40:36 thing is, you you don't know whatever
40:38 the current situation actually is,
40:40 whatever phase of life they are in. So,
40:41 let's say you have an e-com offer. The
40:44 you don't know if you do not have this
40:46 process. So, Typeform, then your team
40:48 reaches out, then they understand the
40:50 situation. If you don't have that flow,
40:52 you don't know if he's 18-year-old
40:53 college student, if he's a corporate
40:55 worker, or if he's in a construction
40:57 job, right? But, once you have this
40:59 personalized conversation, you can
41:01 actually send assets based on their
41:03 specific situation. So, 18-year-old, he
41:06 might love the lifestyle videos that you
41:07 post. 55 25-year-old, sorry, he will
41:10 love the proof that you have. So, you
41:12 have to have personalized sales
41:13 conversation. And if you're just
41:14 starting out, you can have it really
41:15 easily because let's say you are booking
41:17 three to five to 10 sales calls, you can
41:19 do it by your own. Just call every
41:20 single lead, understand their situation,
41:22 and send them pre-call assets. Like,
41:24 "Hey, this video's going to help you.
41:25 This case study's going to help you.
41:26 Just consume them before the call." So,
41:28 this was lesson number 13. And the last
41:30 lesson is, if they relate, you win. The
41:33 only thing that you need to worry about
41:34 in your entire organic content is
41:36 relating to your ICP. If they do not
41:38 relate to you, they'll not buy from you.
41:40 But, if they did relate to you, they did
41:42 relate to the story you are telling,
41:44 they can actually see the future version
41:46 of them inside you, or they can see the
41:48 struggles that you've been through, the
41:50 stories that you have, your events, your
41:52 losses. That will actually makes you a
41:53 real human. That is what connects you to
41:55 your audience, to your ICPs. And if they
41:57 relate to you, you've already won 60% of
41:59 the battle. You just need a decent
42:01 enough mechanism to convert their desire
42:03 to cash. And that's it. So, these were
42:06 the 14 lessons that I learned in the
42:07 last 2 years. Now, there's a lot more,
42:10 but I'm thinking of doing a episode two
42:12 of this video. So, drop in the comments
42:14 if you want that. And again, guys, if
42:16 you want my help to start or scale your

42:31 you can also reach out to me on
