“Yoga is often reduced to what you can see. Shapes, poses, flexibility. And yes, that’s part of it. We both practice it, explore it, and enjoy it in different forms and shapes.

We also know that yoga has never been just one thing. It’s breath, awareness, stillness, movement, strength, softness, and connection. Sometimes it looks like a handstand, sometimes it’s sitting in silence, sometimes it’s simply showing up and paying attention.

It doesn’t have to fit one form to be “real” yoga. What matters is what it creates within you. If it brings you back to yourself, if it builds connection, if it makes you more aware, then it’s part of the practice.”
