7 signs your transformation is quietly leaking momentum...
You do not see it in your Gantt chart.
You feel it in the tension, the drift, the polite disengagement.

But here is the thing
Nobody talks about these.

We talk about plans, roadmaps, deliverables.
Not about the slow unraveling under the surface.
Until someone asks one uncomfortable question.
And suddenly, the cracks become visible.

▶ Recently I worked with a team leading a company transformation.
They were convinced things were well aligned.
✓ Clear decks ✓ good visuals and slogans ✓ Strong communication plan

But teams on the ground kept saying:
‘I do not know the strategy.’
‘How does this relate to my work?’
‘Another initiative, again?’

So we slowed down and looked underneath the surface.

🔍 What we discovered was uncomfortable, but powerful.

Communication was planned.
↳ But it was fragmented.

Each project lead shared their own piece.
↳ No one owned the full narrative.

And the red thread, the alignment with the bigger picture
↳ was invisible.

Once they saw this, something shifted

They reshaped the transformation team on the spot
→ brought in the lacking expertise and started to build their change leadership capabilities

They stopped saying NO to owning the change
And started making choices about what you say YES to

This pattern is not unique.
I see it again and again.

Transformation leaks where no one looks.
But you can connect the dots above and below the surface.

That is why I created a cheatsheet with:
⚡ 𝟳 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 that quietly break momentum
⚡ 𝟮𝟭 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 to tackle them early and practically

This team stepped into a different rhythm.
▶ What will you say 𝗬𝗘𝗦 to this year?
