Claude Skills were stupid until I created a feedback loop. My feedback loop: 1. After using a skill I ask my agent: "Based on this use, how would you improve my Skill?" 2. I get an HTML page with suggestions that I could respond to 3. My agent uses my responses to improve the skill we used.
