How to move from Claude to ChatGPT (in 7 mins) 1. Go to Claude → Settings → Privacy. 2. Click on Export data. Pick 90 days. 3. You'll get an email with a download link. 4. Open the .json file in Chrome. 5. Copy the 3 links inside. 6. Claude downloads a zip. 7. Double-click → 2 folders + your conversations. 8. Open a new Claude chat. Paste my prompt + upload the extracted data: https://switch.rubenhassid.ai/ 9. Hit "Download." 10. You now have one file: Claude-to-ChatGPT .md. 11. Go to ChatGPT → Library. Upload it. 12. Prompt: Add from Library → select the file. Memory updated. 13. Go to the ChatGPT desktop app. 14. ChatGPT Settings → Import. 15. Click the 3 buttons. Your Claude skills come too. If you are on a business account, ask your admin to export the data.
