Big update: Thanks to our hard work we exist! Service design and Strategic design are now real deal Occupations in Australia. This means that in next week's Census you can be counted! Put design, service design or strategic design as your Occupation (as opposed to that silly job title)! and be proud of the mysterious work you do.
