Was wondering if this was worth setting up and how it compares to Synology Photos. Photos is ridiculously slow for me on WAN. I'm not really even sure if it's a Syno Photos issue because my upload speed is only 20mbps. I'm connecting thru DDNS but still slow. Immich seems to have some cool features like hardware transcoding.
