Claude doesn't remember what you told it last session. Updating one file fixes that for every session going forward. Here's the workflow. If Claude produces something you don't like, don't correct it in the chat. Open your about-me md file instead. It's in your about-me subfolder inside your Claude Cowork folder. It's the file Claude reads before it does anything in a session. Whatever's in it, Claude knows. Whatever's not, it doesn't. 3 ways to write updates that Claude follows consistently. ✦ Adding a new rule: "Remember: always ask me questions before starting any task." ✦ Replacing an old behavior: "Replace long paragraph intros with a single direct sentence always." ✦ Drawing a hard line: "Never start a post with a question. Not once." Save the file. Start a new Cowork session. Claude reads the update automatically. You didn't type a single reminder. The more you update the file, the less you correct Claude in the chat. That's the goal. We wrote the full guide with screenshots for every step. Read it here → https://lnkd.in/e47NxW22 ♻️ Follow How to AI for daily AI tools and news.
