for THEETH, in my smoothies, even for our plants!

When eggshells are properly washed, boiled, and baked, they’re clean and safe to use.
I still use them today…
especially in my toothpaste.
Because eggshells are basically the Gucci of calcium they’re incredibly rich in minerals and structurally very close to what our own teeth are made of.
